Everyone loves a good butt, this event enables competitors to enter an unlimited amount of different entries with the chance to win CASH prizes. Rules are listed below and you can enter as  many times as you like for only $25 per entry. 

PEOPLE CHOICE Contest Rules

• Each Contestant is allowed to enter as many times as they like, however they must pay an additional $25 per entry. 
• Entry forms must be submitted by March 7, 2025.
• Each $25 entry will be provided 25 lbs of pork butt for preparation (if you have two entries, then you will receive 50 pounds of meat). All meat must be prepared and turned in for judging. 
• Contest starts at 12 Noon and runs until 3:00pm or until meat runs out.
• You may prepare your pork in any manner of your chosing. Volunteers will then portion your entry into 1 oz portion cups.
• Meat must be cooked on site and be brought to the judging booth on Saturday, March 21st by 11:00am  for judging. Late or early submissions will not be accepted.
• Entries that are spicy HOT must be marked HOT, or they will be disqualified.
• Prizes for "Peoples Choice" will be awarded.
• You are required to present your entry meat pulled and in an aluminum pan, volunteers will place  your entry into the 1 oz serving containers.
• All contestants will be assigned a number upon entry.

• Must be present to WIN!
• Winners will be announced on Saturday, March 21st at the 5:00 award ceremony.
